DIFFERENT & SPICY PASTA RECIPES

CHEESY CASSEROLE PENNE PASTA 


First, read the packet instructions, boil salted water and add penne pasta. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan add olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped onions, salt according to salt, black pepper, beef and stir well. Now add Italian seasoning mixture, canned tomatoes and mix well. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Add crushed red chili, grated parmesan cheese, adding more Italian seasoning and cook it. In a pan add unsalted butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk and beat well. Now add cheddar cheese and mix everything together. Mix boiled pasta with beef mixture. In the bowl pour half of the cooked pasta, sauce, shredded cheddar cheese and add remaining pasta. Sprinkle dried basil leaves. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is fully melted. Serve hot. 

BAKED PIPE PASTA AND SUMMER VEGGIES

In a boiling salted water, add pipe pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Wrap aluminum foil over the baking dish. Now add chopped squash and zucchini, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and mix everything together. Broil for 5-10 minutes. In the bowl add ricotta, Romano cheese, basil, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil and mix well. Set aside. In a large bowl squash and zucchini, cooked penne pasta, marinara sauce and mix everything together. In a baking dish pour pasta mixture, ricotta mixture, add remaining pasta, more ricotta mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. 

MAC AND CHEESE ELBOW MACARONI

In a large saucepan, boil salted water and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan add melted butter, garlic paste, chicken cubes and fry it. Now add salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked pasta and mix everything together. Pour pasta into the bowl. Sprinkle bread crumbs, parsley, and parmesan. Mac and cheese macaroni are ready to serve.

SPICY TOMATO SAUCE ELBOW MACARONI 

Bring a large pot, boil salted water and add macaroni. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water and set aside pasta to cool. In a saucepan add olive oil, chopped onions, garlic paste, little water, and stir. In a blender add fresh tomatoes and blend it. In the same saucepan add tomato paste, red chili powder, salt, pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, red chili, cumin powder, coriander powder and sauté well until the sauce turns thicker. Now add elbow macaroni, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and mix everything together.
