CHEESE SAUCE WITH ELBOW PASTA
In a boiling salted water cook elbow pasta in a large saucepan for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a small saucepan over medium heat add melted butter, flour and stir for few minutes. Whisk constantly and add milk, cream, and mayonnaise. Cook for 15 minutes until the sauce becomes thicker. Now add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and cook until cheese is melted. Now add elbow pasta and mix together. Pour pasta into the baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
VEGETABLE CHESSY PIPE PASTA
Heat the oven to 350F. In a large pot boil salted water, add uncooked penne pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in the baking dish add red capsicum, green capsicum, carrot, chopped zucchini, chopped eggplants, chopped onions, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and bake for 10-15 minutes. Drain pasta and set aside to cool. In a small saucepan add melted butter, flour and stir frequently. Now add milk, cream and beat quickly so that it becomes thicker. Pour cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Remove the pan from heat. In another pan, add bake vegetables, tomato sauce, pepper, salt and cook for 10 minutes. Pour penne pasta into the white sauce, add vegetables tomato sauce and mix everything together. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour penne pasta into the baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
MACARONI AND CHEESE WITH CAULIFLOWER
Cook macaroni according to the packet instructions and directions. Pour aluminum foil over the baking dish. Add cauliflower, salt, pepper, olive oil and bake for 10 minutes. Drain macaroni and set aside. In the bowl breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley; mix it and set aside. In a saucepan add melted butter, heavy cream, cream cheese and stir until smooth. Now add salt, pepper, garlic powder, chopped parsley, and whisk. Remove from heat. Add macaroni, bake cauliflower and mix everything together. Pour pasta into the baking dish. Top mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until light brown.
CREAMY MAC AND CHEESE
Boil salted water and cook macaroni for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the pan add melted butter, breadcrumbs over medium heat and stir until lightly golden for 2 minutes. Stir and add salt, pepper, chopped; transfer to a plate and set aside. Drain and set aside. Now again the small saucepan adds melted butter, flour and stir frequently for few minutes. Slowly add milk and whisk constantly until the sauce is thickened for 5 minutes. Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and cook until cheese is melted. Now add macaroni and mix it. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the pasta.
