CHICKEN PASTA RECIPES

SPICY CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

In a boiling salted water, add uncooked spaghetti and boil for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a large saucepan add olive oil, garlic and ginger paste and some water so that paste must be frequent. Now add carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, onions, shredded chicken, crushed red chili, salt, pepper and cover few minutes. Now add red chili, soya sauce, vinegar, basil, oregano, ketchup, pepper and stir well. Pour spaghetti and mix everything together. Taste and add more salt, pepper if required. Cover for 2 minutes. Pour spaghetti into the bowl. Serve hot.

MASALA CHICKEN ELBOW PASTA 

In a bowl of small chicken cubes, vinegar, lemon juice, chicken tikka masala, red chili, soya sauce, yogurt, salt, pepper and mix it well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil elbow pasta in a salted water. Drain in the strainer and set aside to cool. In a saucepan add chicken cubes mixture, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes so that chicken must be softened. When the chicken cook, taste and add more ingredients i.e. salt, pepper, crushed red chili and mix it. Add elbow pasta and mix everything together. Cover for 2-3 minutes. Pour chicken pasta into the bowl. Sprinkle chopped parsley. Masala chicken pasta is ready to serve.

CHICKEN & BLACK PEPPER MACARONI 

First, read the packet instructions and boil the macaroni. Drain and set aside. Boil chicken by adding salt, pepper, and red chili pepper. In a saucepan add green capsicum, red capsicum, carrot, cabbage, green onions and fry for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, shred the chicken pieces into small. Pour shredded chicken into fry vegetables, salt, black pepper, basil, oregano and mix well. Pour macaroni, pepper, vinegar and combined everything together. Cover for few minutes. Pour macaroni into the bowl. Sprinkle chopped parsley. Chicken & black pepper is ready to serve.

CHICKEN LEMON PENNE PASTA 

Boil penne pasta for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan, add onions, garlic paste, bell peppers, chili powder and stir for 2-3 minutes. Now add chicken pieces, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, add tomatoes, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, pepper, chopped green chili, and ketchup. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Once the sauce is cooked, remove the pan from heat. Now add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, basil and stir constantly until the cheese is melted. Add penne pasta to the sauce and mix well. Pour chicken lemon penne pasta into the bowl. Garnish chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve hot.
