DELICIOUS SALAD RECIPES

These different types of salads are mostly used in summer. Try these recipes and it’s too delicious. By following our recipes you can cook pasta perfectly.

MACARONI SALAD

Ingredients
Macaroni, eggs, chopped onions, celery, red bell pepper, relish, mustard paste, crushed sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, celery seed

Method
In a salted boiling water add uncooked macaroni and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool down. Boil 2 eggs and chopped into small pieces. In a large bowl add chopped eggs, chopped onions, celery, red bell pepper, relish. In a bowl heavy cream, mustard paste, crushed sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, celery seed and mix everything together. Pour dressing paste over the vegetables. Stir to combine together. Then add boiled macaroni and stir well. Cover with a sheet and refrigerate for one hour.

SESAME SPAGHETTI

Ingredients
Spaghetti, sesame seeds, garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, soya sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce, shedder chicken, salt, pepper


Method
First, read the packet instructions and boil salted water. Cook spaghetti for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the pan over medium- heat and add sesame seeds and stir frequently for few minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Drain and set aside to cool down. In a saucepan oil, garlic paste, crushed sugar, rice vinegar, pepper, salt, soya sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili sauce; stir and boil until sugar dissolves. Pour sesame dressing over the spaghetti. Now add shedder chicken and green onions. 

ANTIPASTO SHELL PASTA SALAD

Ingredients
Shell Pasta, salami, pepperoni, Asiago cheese, black olives, red bell pepper, green pepper, tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, oregano, chopped parsley, parmesan cheese.


Method
Boil salted water in a large saucepan, add uncooked shell pasta and cook it for 10-15 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Once cooked drain the pasta. Put it into the large bowl, add salami, pepperoni, Asia goes cheese, black olives, red bell pepper, green pepper, tomatoes and stir everything together. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, oregano, chopped parsley, parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over the shell pasta salad and mix everything together. Cover with a sheet and refrigerate for one hour.

ELBOW PASTA SALAD

Ingredients
Elbow pasta, mayonnaise, yogurt, cream, salt, pepper, peanuts, cashew, pistachios, raisin.
Method
Cook elbow pasta in a large saucepan. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, stir mayonnaise, yogurt, cream, salt, and pepper. Now add chicken, apples and fruit cocktail. Add elbow macaroni and mix well. Garnish with peanuts, cashew, pistachios, and raisin.
